If an instrument is available now, it can be purchased the same day and shipped within a week.

If we need to produce the instrument for you, it will take between 6 and 12 weeks.

We offer a one year tuning warranty, followed by a discounted retuning service for our customers. Retuning takes around two weeks, and a substitute instrument can be arranged if needed.

International customers may ship their instrument to us at their own cost, but if you live far away, finding a reliable tuner closer to home may be more practical.

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping and work with DHL courier services. If you purchase an instrument that is currently in stock, it will be shipped within one week. Made to order instruments are shipped as soon as the production process is completed.

Treat it like a baby!

• Don’t leave it in direct sunlight

• Don’t store it in the bag for long periods

• Don’t put it directly on the floor dirt, zand and small stones can createscratches

• Don’t leave moist / water on it, use a cloth to dry asap.

• Don’t clean with water soap or alcohol

• Don’t play with rings or juwelry

• Don’t drop it

• Don’t smash as hard as you can, play gently, it’s meant to be touched with love.

  • We clean our instruments every two weeks. Not for the rust, but to keep it clean and for the fingerprints, we love our instruments pretty and shiny!
